I was able to cancel in the end, so I’ll give them that. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, but it definitely took longer than I expected and got a little annoying. Decent enough, just not as smooth as it should’ve been.

I wasn’t totally sure about it at first since I’d never used artdesigna.com before, but it all ended up feeling fine. The site was simple enough to get through, payment worked without any weird issues, and I got updates along the way, which helped. When it arrived, it looked like what I expected and the whole thing just felt legit. I’d probably order from them again.

It took me a little while to get everything set up. Not impossible or anything, just... a few parts weren’t super clear at first. I had to mess around with it a bit, but yeah, I got there eventually

I ordered from Art Design A and it showed up sooner than I was expecting. The packaging was fine and everything arrived in good shape. Nothing too crazy, but I was happy with how quick it was.

Overall, it worked and I didn’t have any real issues, but it didn’t stand out to me either. If they added a few more payment options, I’d probably feel a lot better about using them again.

Not gonna lie, the wall print does look really good hanging up, and I was happy with it at first. But after about a month, I noticed the frame corners already starting to show a little wear. It’s not a huge deal or anything, but for the price, I expected it to hold up a bit better.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting them without asking more questions first. Some of the prices weren’t very clear upfront, and I only realized later that things weren’t as straightforward as I thought. It would’ve been much better if they were more transparent from the start.
